At the recent Harmony (#4) Conference at Bournemouth University on 4th June, BCTC Members were exhibiting and, in the Auditorium supporting The Lord Lieutenant of Dorset’s “Creating Health and Harmony in the Community” project.
It was inspired by Prince Charles’ book “Harmony”, published in 2010. Harmony #1 was held in the year Mr Michael Dooley was High Sheriff of Dorset. The project retains the ear of the now King and The King’s Foundation and is endorsed by The College of Medicine (the maxim of which is “Life beyond pills”).
Prince William’s people from his Homewards (Bournemouth pilot scheme) have spoken at the last two Harmony Conferences and Sir Terry Waite KCMG CBE continues to take a keen interest.
BCTC President Nigel Hedges will assume the role of Vice Chair of the Executive Committee at the start of the planning for Harmony #5 in 2026.
