GRANTS FOR GROUPS
BCP Thriving Communities Fund
DEADLINE TO APPLY midday, Wed 2 July
The BCP Thriving Communities Fund offers grants of up to £5,000, supporting capital costs to improve community buildings.
Community buildings must be those used by multiple groups and community activities – not just delivering their own services. They must be based in the BCP area.

GRANTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
SWEF Enterprise Fund
OPEN – applicants can apply at any time
We offer start-up grants of up to £500 and business grants of up to £2000 for young people age 18 – 30 who need financial support to take next steps in a new business in its first 2 years.

DCF Bursary Scheme
OPENS Mon 4 August 2025
Our Bursary scheme supports students living in Dorset age 16-25, who are in vocational (job-related) courses at selected colleges and sixth forms.
Applicants must live in a household with income of less than £30,000 or have other challenges.
Grants are up to £1000 and support essential course costs such as travel and equipment (not course fees).
