We will circulate your vacancy to a number of internet job boards, together with the leading social network websites for a period of 28 days. In addition, your vacancy will be emailed to our database of available Jobseekers. All applicants can then apply directly to your vacancy with no further fee being payable.
Applicant Sifting -£350 + VAT
We will write your advert for you, circulate it to job boards and social network websites. Every candidate CV we receive will be reviewed and only suitable candidates will be forwarded to you. Each CV will be complete with contact details leaving you in full control of the recruitment process, with no further fee being payable.
Traditional Recruitment - 10% of annual salary
We also provide a traditional recruitment service for a fee of 10% of annual salary, payable when you appoint the successful applicant. We will:
Visit your offices to discuss your recruitment requirements in detail to familiarise ourselves with your organisation's culture
Advertise your vacancy, handle and filter responses
Respond to every application received
Conduct initial interviews and verify CV's
