Our client, an Estate Agency with offices in the Dorset area, are looking for a Lettings Manager to run their Lettings branch near Parkstone.
The successful candidate will be a talented individual, with leadership and Sales experience. Candidates currently working as a Lettings Manager within the Local Market, will be at an advantage, however this would also be an excellent opportunity for a candidate currently working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking for natural career progression.
You will be responsible for:
Liaising with solicitors and surveyors
Compiling all Documentation relating to energy efficiency etc.
Booking appointments for viewings
General administration duties
Other tasks as necessary, to include; recruitment in branch.
Previous experience within the Property market is essential, as are exceptional organisation and time keeping skills. The Lettings Manager will support the Branch Manager, and report directly to the Managing Director. You will assume responsibility for the generation of new business opportunities and the growth and revenue of the branch. In order to do this, you will need to explore a wide range of marketing tools, and display a proven track history in Residential Lettings.
Competitive basic salary of £17,000 with commission structure.
