PERMANENT POSITION

Our client, a leading healthcare group with luxury residential homes throughout the UK is looking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Manager for their nursing home in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current and valid NMC PIN.  You will have excellent communications skills, together with exceptional written skills and a knowledge of care planning, risk assessing, etc.     

Your responsibilities will also include visiting potential Service Users to carry out assessments, so you must be a car owner/driver (your business expenses will be paid).   This position is 40 hours per week working closely with the Deputy Manager.

You will also possess up to date clinical skills, with some dementia knowledge.    Experience of customer relations and marketing would be advantageous.

Salary offered at £34,320 per annum.
