Our client a well-respected Care Provider is looking to recruit another Operations Manager to their team in the South East. This is an opportunity to join an excellent Care Group.

The post of Operations Manager has arisen due to business growth and the addition of more Nursing homes within their business.

Due to the geographical area it would be ideal if the successful candidate lived in the South East unless they are prepared to relocate.  

This post is open to an existing Area Manager or Operations Manager who is clinically qualified and has experience of Commissioning.   You will have in the past been a Registered Manager and a home successfully.   This post of Operations Manager will involve travel to Head Office from time to time.

Excellent salary of £50,000 and bonus structure is available for the right candidate.
