PERMANENT POSITION:

Our client, an international Property Management and Real Estate company based outside of Broadstone, are looking for a Property Portfolio Manager to join their enthusiastic and dynamic team.

Due to continued success and growth of the company, this position has arisen, and is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and confident sales force. You will have control over warehouse space, nursing homes, residential and commercial properties, offering an excellent variety of workload.
You will be responsible for

•              Liaising with Surveyors
•              Interface with Solicitors
•              Preparation of Business Development Material
•              Booking appointments for viewings
•              Collating Documentation including Energy performance certifications
•              Organising Compliance Insurance Documents
•              Liaising with specific clients, organisations and borrowers
•              Organising Contractors

The successful Property Portfolio Manager will be an exceptional time keeper, sales minded and possess business acumen. Ideally from a Commercial or Residential background, you will have at least 2 years Case management, Property management, Sales or Lettings experience within this sector. A sound knowledge of MSOffice is essential alongside a high level of organisational skill.

Parking is available on site, good Holiday entitlement and Pension scheme after probationary period. Immediate interviews offered for this position

Excellent salary offered at £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
