Has been working as a Customer Service Adviser answering inbound calls to customers who are looking to apply or have already applied for a loan then answering any questions that they may have regarding their loan application and inputting details onto the computer system. She also makes outbound calls to customers who have applied for a loan but haven’t yet completed.
