Family Adventure Festival – sponsorship opportunities
The Coastal BID is the main sponsor for this brand new event coming to Bournemouth at the end of May. Part of the deal was that there would be a series of fringe events. Organised by BHLive and VOS Media there are additional sponsorship opportunities for individual businesses, as set out below. The total sponsorship cost is £2950 plus VAT. However four individual businesses in these areas may wish to contribute 25% of the cost each.
BH Live is working with Bournemouth University on a sportBU Roadshow to showcase two sports a day in four beachfront locations to encourage visitors at entry level to try the sports below. They are proposing exhibition matches that will be supported by their varsity teams and students. sportBU will also run a 'have a go' area where any member of public can join in and have a free skills taster session. sportBU will seek support from the National Governing Bodies in order to provide direction for potential new participants.

Would you like to be a TV star?
Outline are currently making a brand new series for BBC Worldwide about small (10+) to medium sized (max 100 employees) businesses in the UK. The premise of the show is how independently run companies in the UK could change their marketing strategy to generate more footfall and cope in the current climate. They are looking to hear from companies where annual turnover is not increasing and you might benefit from some marketing advice.
You’ll all have seen this type of programme and will be aware of the format/approach – and pitfalls! For more info: http://www.scribd.com/doc/123943895/Business-documentary-series
