The Bournemouth Chamber was founded in 1916 with the mission to 'protect, assist and promote the interests of businesses within the Bournemouth area'.

Our members range from large to small businesses and individuals who want to improve their own businesses as well as taking an interest in improving the commercial and general amenities of the town and surrounding area.

Representation

Our views and concerns are channeled in the form of direct representation to Bournemouth Borough Council. The Chamber has an excellent relationship with the Council and its officials, as both are working towards the overall well-being of Bournemouth.

Bournemouth 2026

We are proud to be members of Bournemouth 2026 which is committed, through the Bournemouth Plan, to building a better Bournemouth, both today and for future generations. We will help to do this by promoting the economic, social and environmental well-being of Bournemouth through the Chamber and by working closely with other members of the Partnership.

Being affiliated to Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) and with a close working relationship with Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce & Industry (S&FCCI) we are committed to continually strengthening our links in the future through shared facilities and events.
