Chamber Local Government Association
The Chamber represents business in Bournemouth through its position as the prime consultative business group with Bournemouth Borough Council. This enviable position means we have daily communication with Council departments on issues that are affecting business in the Borough and are consulted on decisions that will impact on businesses in the Borough.

Working in partnership we have achieved the appointment of a Business Support Manager to work on the development of a strong business community in Bournemouth. This has already delivered a parking refund scheme to generate more customers in our trading suburbs.

This vital work ensures that business is at the heart of decision making in the Borough and that members concerns and ideas can be represented at a level where they can be heard.
